The Lubuski Industrial and Technological Park is an investment area managed by Lubuski Park Przemysłowo-Technologiczny Sp. z o. o. (LPPT Sp. z o.o.).
The partnership contract for the Lubuski Industry and Technology Park has been signed on 14 May 2010.

The area offered by Lubuski Industrial and Technological Park covers 182,5 hectares with a binding development plan dated 25 August 2010. The investment grounds are the property of University of Zielona Góra and the Town of Zielona Góra.

The majority of the investment area offers newly constructed bitumen roads, water supply and sewage systems and fibre-optic telecommunications infrastructure.

When planning investment in Lubuski Industrial and Technological Park you can expect professional help including technical and technological support, as well as comprehensive pre-investment assistance. Together with the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone we have joined efforts to convert the LPPT’s investment grounds (57,19 ha) into a special economic zone, as a result of which investors would be entitled to an income tax holiday.
